the affected area. This type of pain can be a sign of imflammation,
infection or arthritic condition.
Massage can help to relieve pain as long as it is suitable for the stage the
injury is at. It will help keep other muscles from stiffening up while over
compensating for the injury. It also encourages movement of synovial fluid
around the joint.
