Insomnia -
There are many causes of insomnia; by far the most common is undiagnosed stress.
In Aromatherapy we use specific oils such as Vetivert, Neroli and Chamomile (to name
just a few) to assist relaxation. Essential oils have been proven to be very
powerful and combined with massage they make even the most dedicated "night owls"
sleep like a baby.
