What is Massage?
Massage is a manipulation of skin and muscle (soft tissue) using the hands.
Massage relaxes a specific area or whole person. Touch can be soothing and
relaxing or stimulating
& energizing depending on the techniques used and
pressure applied.
How does it work?
The techniques relax tired and stiff muscles. Mental stress and tension
are also eased during a massage treatment. The body is flooded with oxygenated
blood and toxins are flushed out. The skin receives oxygen and nutrients as
well as being exfoliated during a massage.
